These projects celebrate the legendary pattern, while keeping with the brand’s spirit of innovation, collaboration and daring. For KARL LAGERFELD, Boxing was the main source of inspiration this time. He has started with a Punching Trunk, and then he has made a Punching bag, a Punching suitcase, an exercise matt and finally boxing gloves that were all inspired by this Boxing idea.
Features: In the grand tradition of special-order Vuitton luggage – purpose-built cases for objects ranging from top hats to cigars, from jewels and shirts to photography or picnic gear – Karl Lagerfeld presents his Punching Suitcase. This elegant travel accessory is fitted with a pair of boxing gloves in leather-trimmed Monogram canvas and a training mat. Playful? Yes, but practical, too: with the inner dividers removed, the bag can accommodate all manner of belongings.
